筒子纱烘干机，采用了国外先进技术，利用热能作用通过纱线，使纱线中吸收的水份蒸发，同时设计热风空气循环及湿空气排放线路，从而达到快速烘干的目的，该机主要特点如下：

　　1、烘干速度快

　　每批次烘干时间为2.5-3小时，大大提高单产水平，日产量在正常情况下为4T以上。

　　2、空气过滤器

　　本机采用新型的空气过滤装置、效率高、容尘量大，过滤器达到一定的容尘量后通过压差装置(传感器)将自动报警，请求清洗和更换。

　　3、控温精确

　　采用先进的温控系统，使烘箱实际温度与设置温度偏差控制±0.40之间，克服了市场上热风循环烘干机温度控制波动过大的弊病。

　　4、能源消耗低

　　采用热能回用装置，和优越的保温隔热措施，使用了蒸汽流量比例自动调节装置，配备了30KW高压风机，使热能和电能的消耗降到最低限度。

　　2. Air filter The machine uses novel air filtering device with high efficiency and great dust capacity. When the filter accumulates a certain amount of dust, the differential-pressure transmitter(sensor) will automatically give an alarm lor operator to clean or replace it.

Accurate temperature control Advanced temperature control system is used to maintain difference between actual temperature and preset temperature of drying chamber within the range of ±0.40 in order to solve the problem of great fluctuation occurred in temperature control of available hot air circulation drying machine.

　　4. Low power consumption Energy recovering equipment, good thermal insulation, ratio steam flow controller and 3okW high pressure ventilator are used to reduce heat and electric energy consumption to the minimum.
